Introduction
Global pharmaceutical company Sanofi needed to upgrade its Cheshire-based boardroom to meet modern standards for hybrid meetings, presentations, and internal communication. With multiple teams relying on the space for critical collaboration, the AV system had to be clear, reliable, and simple to use.
The brief
Sanofi approached Piranha AV with a clear goal: transform their dated boardroom into a high-performance space that would support hybrid collaboration and deliver a professional, seamless experience. The system needed to handle video conferencing with remote teams, clear in-room audio, and support presentations—all while maintaining a clean, clutter-free environment.
The solution
We installed a dual-display system using two large wall-mounted screens, enabling video conferencing participants to be shown on one screen while presentations or shared documents are viewed on the other. Audio was delivered via ceiling speakers, paired with high-quality ceiling microphones that capture voices clearly from anywhere in the room, ideal for boardroom-style seating.
To ensure ease of use, we programmed a touch screen control system tailored to Sanofi’s workflow, allowing staff to switch inputs, start calls, and adjust audio with minimal training. All equipment was neatly installed to retain the clean aesthetic of the space, with cabling and hardware fully integrated.
The impact
Sanofi’s upgraded boardroom now offers crystal-clear audio and visuals for every meeting. Whether joining a Teams call, presenting quarterly figures, or hosting hybrid strategy sessions, the space delivers a consistent, high-quality experience that boosts confidence and productivity.
The intuitive control system has been particularly well received, removing the usual frustrations around meeting setup and AV adjustments. The boardroom now reflects Sanofi’s professional standards and provides a seamless environment for modern collaboration.
