Müller is one of the UK’s best-known dairy brands, operating from its headquarters in Market Drayton. The team wanted to modernise their boardroom to support the rise in hybrid meetings, enable smoother presentations, and improve day-to-day collaboration across teams and departments.
The brief
The in-house IT and facilities teams needed a system that could deliver crystal-clear audio and visuals for both in-room and remote participants. The setup had to be sleek, reliable, and easy for non-technical staff to operate, without constant IT support. Müller also required seamless integration with Microsoft Teams, used widely across their corporate operations.
The solution

We installed discreet ceiling-mounted microphones and speakers to capture and deliver clear, natural audio during meetings. High-resolution 4K screens were wall-mounted for easy visibility in all seating positions.
We integrated a Microsoft Teams-ready video conferencing solution and touch-panel controls to make starting and managing meetings effortless. Wireless screen sharing was added to make it easy for participants to present from any device without needing cables or adaptors.
