Introduction
Christchurch Primary School in Staffordshire wanted to transform their main hall into a space that could do it all, from daily assemblies to performances, PE sessions and staff training. They turned to Piranha AV for a future-ready solution that was simple to use, reliable, and designed around the needs of a busy school day.
The brief
The school’s existing AV setup was dated and difficult to operate, limiting the hall’s potential. Teachers needed technology that would be easy to manage, work seamlessly during time-sensitive sessions, and offer clear audio and visuals to keep pupils engaged.
The solution
We designed and installed a versatile AV system to bring the hall to life. A high-brightness projector and 4m electric screen now deliver crystal-clear visuals for any event, while a new sound system with wireless microphones ensures every voice is heard—whether it’s a teacher leading assembly or a pupil on stage.
Control is made simple with a wall-mounted panel, so staff can run the system without stress or technical training. We also added HDMI ports for easy plug-and-play access for visiting speakers or staff laptops.
